Rarität!!! - Sehr schöne DAGUERREOTYPIE in Etui - rare!!!
Dies ist eine echte Daguerreotypie aus den Anfangszeiten der Fotografie, ab 1839. Die Daguerreotypie befindet sich hinter Glas in einem kleinen Etui (Aussenmaße 8 x 9 cm). Abgebildet ist ein Ehepaar. Das Bild ist recht scharf, schärfer als auf dem Bild oben zu sehen ist. Es ist erstaunlich, wie viele Details mit einer einfachen Lupe zu erkennen sind. Sehr kurios ist, daß der Photograph versucht hat einige Details, wie zum Beispiel die Ohrringe der Frau oder die Uhrenkette des Mannes, mit Gold hervor zu heben. Er muß das Gold direkt mit einem Pinsel o.ä. aufgetragen haben. Es sind auch Putzspuren zu sehen, ich konnte aber nicht feststellen, ob sie auf dem Glas oder auf der Daguerreotypie selbst sind. Eingerahmt ist das Bild von einem reich verzierten, geprägten Rahmen, die linke Seite ist mit Samt ausgeschlagen. Das Etui ist auch aussen reich verziert. Es besteht aus 2 Hälften, die irgendwann auseinander gerissen sind und nicht sehr fachmännisch wieder geklebt wurden. Ansonsten sind Haken und Ösen der Verschlüsse komplett. Es ist recht schwierig eine Daguerreotypie zu fotographieren, da die versilberte Oberfläche des Bildes spiegelt. Ich glaube, man kann den Zustand aber trotzdem recht gut erkennen. This is an authentic Daguerreotype from the beginning of Photoraphie, since 1839. It is housed behind glas in a small case (measures are 8 x 9 cm). Seen is married couple. The photo is sharp, sharper than seen in the picture on top. With a simple magnifier you see a lot of details. The photographer tried to point some details of the photo with gold colour. E.g. the earrings of the woman or the clock chain of the man. Some cleaning marks are seen, too. But I couldn´t find out, are the marks on the glass or on the Daguerreotype. The photo is framed in a very nice embossed frame, the left side has velvet in it. Also the outside of the case is rich decorated with embossed signs. In the past the two parts of the case were seperated and then clued again but not very professionally. The case itself is in very good condition, the small hooks and eyes of the lock are there. It is very difficult tp photograph a Daguerreotype, because of the silver mirror of the surface. But I believe, it is possible to see the condition.
