Gleich vorweg: Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es eine Kamera der Firma Paul Dette ist. Gleichwohl ist die Belichtungstafel ein Hinweis und auch einige Details der Kamera stimmen mit Beschreibungen im Kamerakatalog überein. Dann wäre es natürlich eine recht seltene Kamera, denn die Firma Paul Dette fertigte lediglich 2 Kamera-Typen und nur über einen kurzen Zeitraum hinweg. Zur Kamera: Die Kamera ist optisch in hervorragendem und technisch in sehr gutem Zustand! Das Objektiv ist klar, es hat keinerlei Kratzer. Der Verschluß funktioniert, bei den langen Belichtungszeiten 1, 2, 5, 10 aber leider nicht immer. Etwa bei jedem zweiten Auslösen ist die Zeit richtig, ansonsten ist sie zu kurz, ~25tel. Alle Metall- Chrom- und Lederteile sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Balgen ist in hervorragendem Zustand und auch lichtdicht. Die Kamera besitzt einen doppelten Auszug, Frontverstellung horizontal und vertikal, einen schwenkbaren Brilliant-Sucher, ausserdem einen Sportsucher/Rahmensucher. Die Mattscheibe in der Rückwand ist etwas fleckig ansonsten aber in sehr gutem Zustand, ebenfalls die Klappe. Die Fokussierung erfolgt über ein Rändelrad vorne rechts auf dem Laufboden, die Entfernungsskala vorne links ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Mit der Kamera kommt ein Platten- /Filmhalter und ein Drahtauslöser. Ausserdem eine stabile Ledertasche und ein Stativ mit Köcher. Die Paul Dette Belichtungstafel ist ein 12-seitiges Heftchen, das aber in ziemlich schlechtem Zustand ist. Es sind zum Großteil nur noch lose Blätter. Hier finden sich Tips zum Belichten, Entwickeln und Kopieren. Insgesamt ist die Kamera in hervorragendem Zustand, mit nur sehr geringen Gebrauchsspuren. First: I´m not sure, is it a camera made by Paul Dette or not. Anyway the exposure table gives a tip und some details of the camera are the same like in the catalog describtion of the Paul Dette camera. In this case it would be an extremly rare camera because only two versions were built in the year ~1925 by Paul Dette. The camera is in optical in excellent and technical in very good shape. The lens is clear, there are no scratches. The shutter works but not each time at the long time exposures 1, 2, 5, 10. These settings sometimes work correct, sometimes too short, ~/25. All metall, chrome and leatherparts are in very good shape, the bellows are excellent and lighttight. The camera has a double extension, horizontal and vertical adjustment. Has an eye level finder, also a sports/wire-frame finder. Groundglas has some fogg but is in good shape, backdoor, too. Focusing works by a knob on the right side of the folding bed, distance scala is on the left side and in excellent condition, too. The camera comes with plate/film holder and a cable release. Also a solid leathercase and a tripod with case belonges to the camera. The Paul Dette exposure table is a small book with 12 pages but it is in bad shape. There are only separated pages. In this book you find tips about exposure settings, development and copying. All in all, this camera is in excellent condition with only minor signs of wear.
