Die FOTH-Faltkamera ist optisch in hervorragendem und technisch in sehr gutem Zustand! Objektiv, Verschluß, alle Metall- Chrom- und Lederteile sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Verschluß funktioniert gut, die Verschlußzeiten konnten aber nicht getestet werden. Die Entfernungseinstellung erfolgt durch verschieben der Standarte. Auf dem Boden der Klappe ist eine drehbare Entfernungsanzeige in Meter und Feet angebracht. Die Blende funktioniert gut, eine Blendenlamelle fehlt möglicherweise oder funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Die Frontklappe öffnet sich leicht, der Balgen ist in sehr gutem Zustand, wurde an einer Stelle repariert. Er scheint aber lichtdicht zu sein. Der schwenkbare Brillantsucher ist ebenfalls in sehr gutem Zustand. Das rote Filmfenster an der Rückseite ist vollständig. Ein Trageriemen ist vorhanden. Da ich keine Anleitung für die Kamera habe, war es zuerst recht schwierig die Kamera zu öffnen. Wie man auf den unteren Bildern sieht, ist es mir dann aber doch gelungen. Nachdem man einen Sperr-Riegel gedrückt hat, wird die Kamera zur Seite hin geöffnet. Die braune Tasche ist aus festem Leder und innen mit blauem Samt ausgekeidet. Sie ist in gutem Zustand. Die Firma FOTH, Berlin, hat nur wenige verschiedene Kameras gebaut. Die bekannteste ist wohl die FOTH-DERBY, eine kleine Spreizen-Kamera. Außerdem wurde noch die FOTH-FLEX, eine TLR-Kamera produziert und diese seltenere Rolllfilm-Falt-Kamera. Sie war auch mit Krokodilleder bezogen erhältlich. Noch Fragen? Auktion@enter-net.de. This Foth-camera is optical in excellent and technical in very good condition. Lens, shutter, all metal-, chrome- and leatherparts are in very good condition. The shutter fires very well, accuracy was not tested. Rangefinding works by moving the standarte. On the front door, there is a turnable adustment to find the right distance, it is in meter and feet. The diaphragm works well, may be one lamelle is missing or works not correct. The frontdoor opens easily, the bellows are in very good condition but one part was repaired. It seems to be still lighttide. The swiveling viewfinder is in very good condition. The red filmwindow on the back has no cracks. The carrying strap is there and in very good shape. Because I have no instructions for the camera, first it was difficult to open the camera. But you can see in the photos, at least it works. You must push an unusual lever and then open the body to the side. The brown case is made of leather and has blue velvet in it. The case is in good condition. The factory FOTH, Berlin, has designed only a few different cameras. The most popular is the FOTH-DERBY, a small strut folding camera. Also they built the FOTH-FLEX, a TLR-camera and this rarer Foth-folding rollfilm-camera. One version with crocodil-leather was available, too. Any questions? Auction@enter-net.de
