Conditions of Entry
There are just a few rules to be followed. Please read these rules,
as there are substantial variations of the rules, compared to the standard Enter-Net rules. These changes are highlighted.
During the auction, you may also bid by telephone. Please contact
us, so we can make sure to give you a call during the auction, when the actual lot has been reached. 4. The auction results will be published asap on the auction sites.
The winner will be
1. You have to register first before you can bid in the auction.
You have to be 18 years or older. Registration is easy and free of charge. With the registration you accept these
rules. Registered users, who violate the conditions of entry, can be expelled from the auction. Practical changes
can be made at any time. Legal action is not possible.
2. After you have received your registration number you are immediately able to enter the auction. If you like
an item, make your bid via eMail. Bid can only be accepted, if the eMail address, the registration number and your
personal password match with your
registration. The bidder commits not to make bids, which he/she is not willing to pay or not able to pay due to
financial problems. The initial minimum price of an item has to be reached with the first bid. If more than one
bidder send the same bid, the first eMail gets the high bid. If we have a first bid, every item will be shown also
with the minimum bid amount. The minimum bid increment is DM 2.--. Proxy bid: You also have the opportunity to
give your personal highest offer. Your bid will be placed only with the necessary amount to make you the high bidder.
By choice your eMail address or your registering number (anonymous) will show you as the high bidder. With every
update, the current highest bid will be shown.
3. The highest bids, collected through us up to the deadline
June, 5th, 4 pm local time, will be treated as distance bids during the Auction in the premises of Friedrich C.
Jensen, Hamburg, Germany. Proxy bids will be transmitted to the organizer and auctioneer Tom Westerich. He as well
will keep them secret and bid to your favor only up to the necessary amount. Your bids will have to arrive before
June, 5th, 4 pm local time. You as the highest "Bidder at distance" will be the high bidder, in case,
there is no higher bid during the actual auction in Hamburg.

Westerich. The highbidder commits to confirm his highest
bid within three days after having been notified and to effect
the payment within 10 days after having received information about the total amount due. If this is not the case, the bidder can be expelled from future auctions. The item then
can be offered to the next lower high bidder or be delivered for a new auction. After
receipt of payment, the lot will be shipped according to your wishes.
Payments may be done through banktransfer, cheque in Deutschmark or cash. Moneytransfers will cost additional fees
on your side. Cheques need to be cleared before shipment of the lot. Creditcards are being accepted, most preferred is Visa,
Eurocard/Mastercard may be possible as well. Please check
with Tom Westerich.
Credit card payment will cost an extra 3.5% of the total sum
due, which reflects
the actual additional costs, we have by using this way of payment.
5. Highbidder pays a fee of 10% on top of the highest bid.
The actual shipping costs will have to be paid by the high bidder.
Shipment will be effected after receipt of the total amount due.
For shipment, normally, we charge DM 12 for shipment (DM 18 inside Europe, DM 28 Overseas) per package with registered
mail inside Germany regardless of number of items. Risks of shipment are at the buyers side. The buyer may decide, if he wants
insured shipment at a higher rate.
6. The payment of the buyer will be hold in trust by Tom
Westerich. The seller will be payed as soon as the buyer
has sent a confirming email on delivery and regarding his agreement.
7. If the received item does not correspond to the description, the buyer has the full right to return the lot,
as long as the item is unaltered. A complaint has to be sent via eMail within three workdays after receipt. The
purchase price minus the mailing cost and charges will be sent back to the buyer after sending back the item and
examination through the seller.
