Conditions of Entry 

 

There are just a few rules to be followed.

1. You have to registrate first before you can bid in the auction. You have to be 18 years or older. Registration is easy an cost free. With the registration you accept these rules. Registered users, who violate the conditions of entry, can be expelled from the auction. Practical changes can be made at any time. Legal action not possible. 

2. After you have received your registration number you are immediately able to enter the auction. If you like an item, make your bid via eMail. Bid can only be accepted, if the eMail address, the registration number and your personal password match with your registration. The bidder commits not to make bids, which he/she is not willing to pay or not able to pay due to financial problems. The initial minimum price of an item has to be reached with the first bid. If more than one bidder send the same bid, the first eMail gets the high bid. If we have a first bid, every item will be shown also with the minimum bid amount. The minimum bid increment is DM 2. You also have the opportunity to give your personal highest offer. Your bid will be set only with the necessary amount to make you the high bidder. By choice your eMail address or your registering number (anonymous) will show up as the high bidder. 

3. With the next possible update the item will show the addition "Going", if there hasn't been a higher bid. Next time the addition is "Going, Going" and the third time the addition is "Going, Going, Gone!". With this addition the shown high bidder has the award. Any further bids on this item will not be accepted. The seller has the possibility to send a proxy-bid once.

4. The high bidder will receive an eMail from us. The bidder commits to confirm the purchase within three workdays and to arrange payment within 10 days. If this is not the case, the bidder can be expelled from future auctions. The item then can be offered to the next lower high bidder or be delivered for a new auction. After receiving the payment the item will be sent by registered mail or registered package. Payment can be done cash, by bank transfer or draft. Bank transfer from foreign countries causes additional bank charges to be payed by the buyer. Cheques must clear before item is mailed. Now we accept EuroCard and MasterCard also. In that case we have to charge 5% of the total sum.

5. We charge DM 20 per item with a maximum of DM 50 per package. In addition we charge DM 12 for shipment (DM 18 inside Europe, DM 28 Oversea) per package with registered mail inside Germany regardless of number of items. All shipping risks are at the sellers side, if not otherwise posted.

6. The payment of the buyer will be hold in trust by enter-net auctions. The seller will be payed as soon as the buyer has sent a confirming email on delivery and regarding his agreement.

7. If the received item does not correspond to the description, the buyer has the full right of return, as long as the item is unaltered. A complaint has to be sent via eMail within three workdays after receipt. The purchase price minus the mailing cost and charges will be sent back to the buyer after sending back the item and examination through the seller.
